Web In A Box uses a central username and password per domain for most services, but there can be some variations, all the details are listed below (assuming your domain is 'yourdomain.com.au').

Web Hosting

• FTP Server: ftp.yourdomain.com.au
• Username: yourdomain.com.au
• Password: Common Password
• Remote Directory: public_html

Mail Hosting

• POP3/IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com.au
• SMTP Server: Use your ISP's mail server
• Username: Full e-mail address, example: info@yourdomain.com.au
• Password: E-Mail specific, check e-mail management

MySQL Database

This one's unfortunately a little tricky. First you take your domain name and convert the dots to underscores.
However, due to MySQL limitations, your database login can only be 13 characters long but must not end in an underscore.

• Username: yourdomain_net
• Password: Common Password
• Database Name: yourdomain_com_au
